| Rates do not include | - A 5‐seater car can be hired from Hibiscus Resort & Motels for $40.00 per day (subject to change). Rate includes all fees, taxes and full comprehensive insurance. Excess $1000. Minimum hire period for cars is 3 days. Petrol used payable by guests. Hibiscus strongly recommend hiring a car for Crown, Regal and Tudor bookings as these properties do not have an on‐site office. A car can be either pre‐paid with accommodation (guaranteed) or hired upon arrival (subject to availability).
- On request unit cleaning service can be provided for a minimum charge of $40.00 per unit.
- Pre‐booked Continental Breakfast at $16 per person per day available at the Hibiscus Aloha Breakfast Bar, for minimum 10 (ten) adults. Must be pre‐booked.
- Pre‐booked Cooked Breakfast at $20 per person per day available at the Hibiscus Aloha Breakfast Bar, for minimum 16 (sixteen) adults. Must be pre‐booked.

| Child Policy | - Child Rates apply when sharing with 2 or more adults.
- 0-2 y.o. – Free of Charge.
- 3-12 y.o. – 50% of the Extra Person Rate.

| Bedding | - The beds are king beds that can be split into 2 single beds. All bookings must state bedding requirements at the time of booking. Most units have queen size unfolding divan in lounge room.

- Guests may extend time of departure, at a cost, depending on availability.

| Security Bond | - Credit card details (Visa or MasterCard) are required upon check in. We do not reserve (“freeze”) the funds on the Clients’ account. If the Clients are unable to provide credit card details, a cash bond of AUD 1,000 per vehicle and AUD 500 per unit is required. The bond is fully refundable upon check out providing there has been no damage done to the car or the unit and no charges are outstanding.

| General Info | - On arrival at the airport our bus is there to transfer Guests to their accommodation. Parked outside the unit is a car (if pre‐booked). Guests are then to make their way to the office during working hours as soon as possible to fill in Guest Registration Form (check in) and Car Rental Agreement (for pre‐booked cars or if want to hire one).
